Alkaram Textile Mills Limited in collaboration with Santex Products Private Limited organized a session on menstrual feminine hygiene for their female workers. The prime objective to host this session was to address the challenges working women face during periods and its impact on their attendance, performance, advancement, and earnings. The session provided their workers, a safe space to learn about best menstrual health & hygiene practices and to clear any negative norms surrounding menstruation.
